![]() ![]() All of them used to update social network profiles of more than 12 companies for which our office manages their online presence. To my surprise, after 2 days, due to an "error" by one of their technicians, they deleted all the data from the PC, which, being for commercial use, contained hundreds of documents and an image bank with more than 5,000 photographs, most of them They bought and others paid through photographer services. Multiple purchases and a true promoter of their services I was until recently, when I had the bitter experience of taking one of the same equipment purchased from them to the technical department so that they unlocked the PC since we had forgotten the access pin. I have had a lot of great experiences at the Westbury store so it sucks to hear people speculate that shady stuff is going down with very little proof. It saddens me to have to share this frustrating experience with a store that since 2019 was my preferred option for purchasing computer equipment and services for my small business. Regardless of if they don't think there are any cards on the Truck. So I think the best bet is to actually wait until they open at least before giving up. And one post said that the shipment came in at like 2pm. This isn't the first post to mention that they were told at 7am that no cards seem to be on the truck and then when 10am rolls around sometimes there are more than the zero they thought they had. Same way that they tell customers that they can't hold them for people it's really just first come first serve. And if their inventory works the same way it does at other stores then I doubt they are allowed to hold merchandise for the next day like I saw someone suggesting they do. It sounds like the employees didn't see the cards on the truck and then warned the people out front that hey they don't see any cards like they probably have to do every day that they don't' find cards. No one told people to leave and not wait. ![]() Some people here just sound hella salty that they didn't get cards and making up conspiracy theories to justify why they were "wronged". It really sucks that you guys didn't get the cards. Good luck to all in the future I hope this is sorted out soon I understand there is a shortage but micro center has been due to their lack of organization and information that they clearly are telling there own employees to hush about. Truck was still in the loading dock at 11:00 when we left. If this morning the guy in the Tesla or the guy first in line would have had two stryx 3090s They said the cards were in the front of the truck, but were usually in the back in previous shipments so they didn’t see them when they told us all originally there were none. Talked to the BYOP guy and he said they were on the first shipment keystone freighter large truck at the back loading dock. Talked to a manager and she was nice about it but also very vague and we said we were there at 5am she said there’s nothing she can do and it’s random so she couldn’t have helped us We asked the staff what the deal was and they were extremely secretive and they kinda smiled and said they were sorry but they don’t know, very much got the vibe they were not allowed to talk about it and they were both nice and seemed like they wanted to help. We offered him 200 extra for it than and he said he just wants to get his computer running but was thankful. Talked to the lucky guy and he said he waited at 9:45 and didn’t even know about all the waits and did not know much about pc gaming but wanted to use the card for a media center and 8k streaming. We shopped for a bit, and 30 minutes or so later saw this at the checkout. Assumed it was an online order slip or a covid contact tracing form.Īsked about the cards, the said there were none. ![]() Lined up to get in at 10:02 when we arrived, and two people waiting directly in front of us got some form and it seemed very secretive and did not hear the conversation. Waited since 5am with others, 8:45 am they told us there were no cards and none on the truck.Įveryone left, my friend and I decided we would go to a diner and come back for open. 2 3090 stryx editions at microcenter westbury at open ![]()
